ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK POLARITY OF BATTERY'S CONNECTOR TO MAKE SURE RED WIRE TO RED WIRE AND BLACK WIRE TO BLACK WIRE. PLEASE ALWAYS USE A SMART CHARGER (WITH AUTOMATIC POWER CUT-OFF FUNCTION) AND CHARGING BAG TO CHARGE A NiMH BATTERY, CHARGING A NiMH BATTERY WITHOUT AUTO CUT OFF MAY CAUSE A BATTERY FIRE. FOR LARGER BATTERY PACKS (10AH OR LARGER), PLEASE ALWAYS USE A SMART CHARGER WITH TEMPERATURE SENSOR TO AVOID OVER HEATING WHICH MAY CAUSE A BATTERY FIRE. PLEASE ALWAYS KEEP NIMH CELL BATTERY PACKS IN CHARGED CONDITION AFTER USE OR BEFORE STORING THEM. NiMH BATTERIES SHOULD BE CHARGED AT LEAST ONCE EVERY SIX MONTHS; OTHERWISE A NIMH BATTERY WILL REDUCE CAPACITY AND DIE. YOU MUST CHARGE A NIMH BATTERY BEFORE USE, AND ALLOW 3-5 CYCLES OF CHARGING AND DISCHARGING FOR BATTERY CAPACITY TO BE RECOVERED.
