1. Your Rights

1.1 – Your Rights To Cancel

If you wish to cancel your order please send an email or write to us telling us you wish to cancel the order. Include enough information for us to identify you and your order. Your right to cancel ends 14 days after you receive your goods. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Once you have informed us you wish to cancel please parcel up the items you are returning securely to minimize any damage that may be caused during delivery. The goods being returned must include all packaging, items must still have tags attached, both the packaging and the item must be in mint condition. Please include a copy of your notification of cancellation or order confirmation so we can trace your order quickly. Return the items to us via an appropriate carrier. Once we have the goods back in store we will refund you the cost of the returned items not including postage. This will always be within 14 days of your cancellation. You must cover the cost of returning the goods back to us.

1.2 – Exemptions

There are a few occasions where the Consumer Contracts Regulations will not cover you for a cancellation, these include.
– Custom, tailor made items such as Two Tone weapons or Workshop modifications

1.3 – Your Right To A Refund

You should receive a refund within 14 days of either the trader getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (such as a proof of postage receipt), whichever is sooner. The goods being returned must include all packaging, items must still have tags attached, both the packaging and the item must be in mint condition.

A deduction can be made to the total refund amount if the returns method was excessive, such as sending the parcel via a special service or expedited service.

The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were viewing them in a shop. This means items cannot be in a work / used state such as being covered in mud or scratches, the only exception being where the item is faulty.

2 – Weapon Specific Regulations

2.1 – Modified Weapons

Please be aware that we only accept returns on weapons that are in their original state, this includes modifications to both the internal and external parts including (but not limited to) the gearbox, motor, gears, piston, cylinder head, tappet plate, trigger, wires, fuses, body parts, rails etc.. Also included is changing of the barrel, colour, removal of two tone colours and disassembly (except for expected maintenance use such as removal of the pistol slide).

2.2 – FPS Limits

Please note that FPS limits displayed on the website are only approximate measurements and the weapon may not fire at the displayed FPS. We do however, test every weapon before it leaves to ensure it complies with the VCRA act and the FPS will be displayed on your order confirmation inside of your order.

3 – Issues of User Error

3.1 – Using Poor Quality BB’s

Using poor quality BB’s in your guns can cause a whole range of problems that will not be covered by standard warranty. We recommend using BB’s from the following brands: ASG, Valken, G&G, Amoeba, RZR.

3.2 – Dismantling of Weapons and Accessories

Performing standard maintenance on pistols is typically removing the top slide, cleaning the inner barrel with some cloth and applying new lubricant to the slide. Anything further than this, such as removing the blow back mechanism can cause serious issues and will be classed as user error.

Performing standard maintenance on Rifles / SMG’s typically includes cleaning the barrel with a cloth, anything further such as removing the gearbox, motor of other parts will be classed as user error.

3.3 – Using Incorrect Chargers

Please make sure that you are using the correct charger for your battery, for example if you use a Nimh charger for a Lipo battery you will likely damage the battery and potentially yourself. Any issues with batteries that are caused by incorrect charging, excessive discharging and abuse will not be covered by standard warranty.

3.4 – Use of incorrect Lubricants

Please not that using the incorrect lubricant can cause more issues than you may expect. We cannot honour warranties on weapons that have had damaged caused by use of an incorrect lubricant.

Recommended Lubricants: Nuprol Silicone Oil, Abbey Oils, Ultrair Silicone and Degreasing Spray.

Not Recommended Lubricants: WD40, Corrosive Lubricants, Mineral Based Lubricants.

4 – Price Match Promise

Here at Urban Airsoft Mega Store, We guarantee to try and match any like-for-like price on any product shown on our online store. In order to be eligible for a Price Match the product you are trying to match must meet the following requirements:

• The product must be in stock at the selected store / company
• The order must be placed on the same day as the price match
• The price of the product must be in GBP (£)
• The store / company that you are price matching with must be a VAT registered company
• The price match must be requested before the order is placed.

5 – Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:
– Credit / Debit Card via Worldpay
– Omni Capital Retail Finance
We do NOT accept mail order orders.

We reserve the wright to cancel any orders with  discrepancies , for example if there is a price discrepancy that is not meant to be, or was never intended to be offered at such a price.

7 – Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with GDPR). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, email address. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Please Note: WE DO NOT Keep Customers Credit Card Details On File, Card Details Are Deleted After Payments Are Taken.

9 – Postage and Shipping Information

We aim to SHIP your purchase within 2 business days, usually less. If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as we can. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to the Courier Service or Post Office Royal Mail. Please allow up to 4 days for delivery, depending on your chosen shipping option.

9.1 – Dispatching Orders

Orders received before 2.00PM Weekdays are generally shipped the same working day for Next Day Delivery, unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next working day. (Please Note orders placed on a Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday as we are closed). Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

9.2 – Standard Shipping

• Standard Shipping On All UK Orders Is Set To A Default Rate Of £5.50 Per Order.
• An Express Shipping Service Will Be Used.
• Your Order may take between 1 and 2 working days to be delivered.
• Shipping Method will Usually Be DPD Local Or 48 Express, depending on your UK Address Postcode.
• It may also be shipped with Parcelforce Standard Delivery Service or via other delivery agent.

9.3 – AEG/GBB/Spring (RIFS – Replica Imitation Firearms) Delivery

• A standard delivery charge for all RIFS (Replica Imitation Firearms) is £8.00 per item.
• Your Order Will be Delivered Within 1-2 Working Days.
• Shipping Method will Usually Be DPD Local Or 48 Express, depending on your UK Address Postcode.
• A VALID DEFENCE such as UKARA must be provided at the checkout page. This will be checked prior to dispatch. If you do not have the appropriate defense the order will be cancelled and a refund given.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any gun, by accepting the Terms and Conditions you accept that you are 18 or older

9.4 – Address Requirements

We use a variety of methods for Shipping, this includes Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48 Service for Larger Orders. However other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Please be sure that your ship to address is accurate!

All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this £6.50 re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. The carriers charge this fee for the extra work involved if you do not provide your full and accurate address.
As the delivery is provided via a courier service it is important that you ensure there will be someone available at the delivery location to sign for the parcel. No refund of the delivery cost will be made for failed deliveries where there has been no-one available to accept the parcel.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and all Public Bank Holidays are not considered delivery days.

International Orders

We currently do not ship international orders. We only ship within the UK.

10 – Terms and Conditions of FMA Game Deposit

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the event you have selected, you will not be entitled to a refund. If you fail to turn up on the day of the event, this will also void your entitlement to a refund.

11 – Two Tone Service

Urban Airsoft Mega Store does provide a two tone service which allows any Airsoft Replica / Imitation Firearm to be altered from its original state by covering majority of the gun in a bright colour. Urban Airsoft Mega Store reserves the right to paint any parts of the replica that it deems necessary to be classed as a ‘Two Tone’ weapon.

Our Two Tone service is to provide an option for purchasing an Airsoft Replica / RIF for people aged 18 or over but do not hold a Valid Defense.

The Two Tone service is an additional cost that can be added by selecting the relevant colour option on the product page. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the finish of the paint and external elements such as abrasion, rubbing and scratching can remove parts of the paint and alter the finish.

Once you have placed your order with a Two Tone service the work will begin immediately, the service can take from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on how busy we are. You will receive a phone call once your order has been placed to give a more accurate period of time. Because of this you will need to contact us immediately on 01924899109 if you wish to cancel your order; if work has begun on the RIF we may not be able to refund that section of your order.

Once a Airsoft gun / RIF / Replica has been painted we are unable to take it back for a Refund or for Store Credit. If you receive the replica and it will not function (Fire BB’s, Cycle etc…) then please contact us immediately on 01924899109 during business hours for further assistance. Trying to fix the gun yourself or taking it to any other Retailer / Tech will void your opportunity to have to problem assessed by a member of staff.

If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions of a Two Tone Service above then please do not order a two tone service with an Airsoft Replica / RIF.

Purchasing an Airsoft Replica / RIF / Gun

In order to purchase any Airsoft Replica / RIF / Gun you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old or over
• Have a Valid Defense (UKARA, Site Membership Number)

The only exception to this criteria is when an Airsoft Replica / RIF / Gun is being two toned by our ‘Two Tone’ service or is already Two Tone without any modification.

Excerpt from VCRA Act 2006:

Specific defences applying to the offence under s. 36

• (1) It shall be a defence for a person charged with an offence under section 36 in respect of any conduct to show that the conduct was for the purpose only of making the imitation firearm in question available for one or more of the purposes specified in subsection (2).
• (2)Those purposes are—
• (a)the purposes of a museum or gallery;
• (b)the purposes of theatrical performances and of rehearsals for such performances;
• (c)the production of films (within the meaning of Part 1 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (c. 48)_see section 5B of that Act);
• (d)the production of television programmes (within the meaning of the Communications Act 2003 (c. 21)_see section 405(1) of that Act);
• (e)the organisation and holding of historical re-enactments organised and held by persons specified or described for the purposes of this section by regulations made by the Secretary of State;
• (f)the purposes of functions that a person has in his capacity as a person in the service of Her Majesty.
