We aim to SHIP your purchase within 2 business days, usually less. If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as we can. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to the Courier Service or Post Office Royal Mail. Please allow up to 4 days for delivery, depending on your chosen shipping option.

Please Note: We currently only ship within the UK, we do not ship outside the UK or overseas.
As the delivery is provided via a courier service it is important that you ensure there will be someone available at the delivery location to sign for the parcel. No refund of the delivery cost will be made for failed deliveries where there has been no-one available to accept the parcel.
Orders received before 2.00PM Weekdays are generally shipped the same working day for Next Day Delivery, unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next working day. (Please Note orders placed on a Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday as we are closed). Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
We use a variety of methods for Shipping, this includes Royal Mail or Parcelforce 48 Service for Larger Orders. However other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Please be sure that your ship to address is accurate!
All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this £6.50 re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. The carriers charge this fee for the extra work involved if you do not provide your full and accurate address.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and all Public Bank Holidays are not considered delivery days.
We are bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered.
We currently do not ship international orders. We only ship within the UK.
